Testing

The management of construction outputs quality in the company has a long term tradition and represents one of the factors, which influence the company's position on the construction market in the SR, particularly in the field of engineering Works.

The current quality management system of construction outputs was being built up since long time so as to provide for the performance of input (receiving) inspections, inter-operation and final inspections. The quality management within the company is being performed by a separate division, the "Technical and Testing Service". The location of regional laboratories provides for coverage, from their services pointy of view, of most of the area of the SR. The laboratories are equipped with equipment and apparatuses depending on the scope of service so as to provide for the input, technological-verification and special tests of soils and testing of crushed stone and aggregate, bonded and unbonded  base courses, all types of concrete, bitumen and bituminous mixtures, construction steel, cables and tendons, waterproofing, cement and mortar.

From the organization point of view the quality management of construction outputs is sectionalized into two levels:

• Department of outputs quality inspection and management, which is directly responsible to the General Director and directs, from the methodology point of view, the lower management levels at the level of branches, divisions and plants.
• the Technical and Testing Service (TTS), as the company's central laboratory, which is directly responsible, from the organizational structure point of view, to the General Director. The activities of this body are focusing on carrying out an independent inspection and checking of construction outputs quality as an accredited and authorized station for the whole company.

• Departments of inspection of construction and production outputs quality, which are incorporated, from the organizational structure point of view, into the Section of the division/plant director, and which take care of all administration in relation to the Client on the level of quality policy and methods, documentation of Works quality, constructional and technological designs and certification of conformity of products used in the construction industry.
• Departments of inspection of construction and production outputs, which, in the cooperation with the corporate units of the Section of Technologies, take care of the contractual relations for the quality inspection performance. The personnel of regional laboratories perform, on the basis of contractual relations in cooperation with project managers, heads of divisions, site managers and engineers, foremen and workers teams, the quality inspection as such.

The described quality assurance system ensures checking of all requirements implied by mandatory legal enactments (Laws), contractual terms and conditions and technical specifications in the field of the construction industry and represents a guaranty of the quality of completed engineering Works.
