The principal companies of the DDM Group are the companies Doprastav JSC., Bratislava and Metrostav JSC., Prague, which manage their daughter companies (subsidiaries) and administer their capital participation (equity interests) in other companies (Doprastav group and Metrostav group). The DDM Group President, and at the same time the Chairman of the DDM Group Board of Directors, is Mr. Ivan Šesták, Certif. Eng.
